All general presentations will be poster presentations.

(1) Poster Display

Post your poster in the assigned location between March 5th and 8th from 8:30 to 9:30 on each designated day.

• The conference headquarters will provide the necessary tools for display.

(2) Core Time

Poster presentations will take place from 13:15 to 14:15 for odd-numbered sessions and from 14:15 to 15:15 for even-numbered sessions. During this time, presenters should be available to give their presentations and answer any questions.

(3) Poster Preparation Guidelines

• All posters should be printed in a portrait layout.
• The poster panel is 90 cm wide and 180 cm high. Please print on A0 size paper (118.9 cm long, 84.1 cm wide) or print in sections to fit within the panel space. Avoid using B0-size posters as they will be too large.
• We recommend using Gothic fonts (MS Gothic, Yu Gothic, etc.) for Japanese and Sans-serif fonts (Arial, Calibri, etc.) for English.
• Please note that no printing facilities are available at the venue on the day of the presentation, so bring your printed poster with you.

(4) Removal of Posters

Posters should be removed between 17:30 and 18:30 on the day of your presentation (between 15:15 and 16:00 on the 8th of March).

• Please return the poster displaying tools to the designated place for reuse.

(5) Others

As part of our efforts to internationalize the conference, we encourage the use of English as the language of your poster.
