For annual meeting participants

During the annual meeting, chartered shuttle buses run as follows.

Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station is expected to be very busy during the meeting.

Please take note of the following suggested times
for arrival at Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station
to allow sufficient time for transfer to Ito campus.

For speakers,
please arrive at Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station
60 min before PC connection time.

For audience members,
please arrive at Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station
60 min before presentation start times.

Transportation

・All luggage must be carried on board with you in the chartered shuttle bus,
  as no storage in the trunk will be available. So please bring as little luggage
  as possible as space will be limited inside the bus.
・The Meeting-chartered bus may be fully packed depending on the time.
  If the meeting bus is full, please use the regular route bus.
