このたびの新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)により亡くなられた方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げますとともに、被患された皆様の早期の回復と感染の収束を心よりお祈り申し上げます。

公益社団法人日本農芸化学会は、来る3月25日から29日において、福岡県及び佐賀県において2020年度大会（関連イベントを含む）を開催する予定でおりますが、2月20日に厚生労働省が公表した「イベントの開催に関する国民の皆様へのメッセージ」の内容を鑑み、COVID-19の感染拡大の防止という観点から開催の必要性の検討を行い、できるだけ早期に決定事項をお知らせします。現時点では3月5日には告知できるよう検討を始めておりますが、公表の体制が整い次第、速やかに学会サイト等にてお知らせいたします。

会員の皆様をはじめ、大会参加者の皆様、及び運営に関与される関係各位におかれては、COVID-19の感染に対して様々なご不安をお持ちだと思います。感染拡大を防止するため、本会においても、様々な場面で関係各位へご協力をいただくことを考えております。発熱等の風邪の症状が見られるときは、感染拡大防止につながる行動にご協力をお願いします。

Japan Society for Bioscience Biotechnology and Agrochemistry (in short: JSBBA) is planning to hold The 2020 annual meeting and its concerned activities in Fukuoka Prefecture and Saga Prefecture.  However, referring to "the message to the people for the holding the events and activities" issued by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare dated on 20th February, we are thoroughly studying the importance of holding the annual meeting under the anxiety of the outbreak of the COVID-19.
We will announce our decision as soon as possible.
At this moment, we are planning to make an announcement on 5th March; we will inform you of the decision through our web site and other tools as soon as ready.

We understand that our members as well as the visitors and the staffs are very much concerned about COVID-19.  We will make sure with the concerned people to take a needful action.  However, when you feel the symptom of the fever, the cold and other diseases, we wish you will take care of yourselves accordingly.

We would like to express our sincere condolences to the people who have passed away due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19), and wish the quick recovery of the people who have been unfortunately infected by this virus.
We hope that this disaster will be overcome soon.
